From 07.02 to 25.02.2022, the university's health management team conducted an employee survey together with the Techniker Krankenkasse to determine the work situation. The short questionnaire for work analysis (KFZA) served as the survey instrument. A total of 527 employees of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg took part in the survey and answered questions on the topics of work content, stressors, resources, organizational atmosphere and corona pandemic. The results were evaluated by status groups (1: professors, 2: scientific employees, 3: employees at the faculties and scientific institutions, 4: employees in the central institutions).
An overview of the survey contents and the summary of the results of the status groups 2,3 & 4 can be found here:
The results of the professors were published separately via "Rundschreiben" (professor mailing list).
Based on the results, status group-specific analysis workshops will now take place. The goal is to get a more detailed picture of resources and burdens and thus to make the work at the university more health-oriented. During the workshops, the results of the survey will be presented, reflected upon and discussed again anonymously, depending on the status group. The resulting need for action will be used to formulate concrete measures to improve the work situation.
The following dates are planned for each status group
Friday, August 25, 2023 (9 am - 1 pm): Employees in faculties & scientific institutions
Friday, 8/25/2023 (2 - 6 pm): Professors
Tuesday, 09/05/2023 (9 am - 1 pm): Employees in central administration & central facilities Tuesday, 05.09.2023 (2 - 6 pm): scientific employees
